Ordering
There are different ordering procedures for each of our products below.
Custom Art
Because each piece of Dezineo Media Custom Art is different, we prefer to give you a customised quote. In most cases, we can give you a quote within 24 hours by fax or email.
- Download the Custom Art quote form below and either post or fax it back to us.
- We will then send you back a personalised quote based on your selections, by email, fax or post. This quote form will have a mock up of the design you have chosen and a form to complete should you decide to go ahead with the quote. It’s on this form that you get to choose where the colours go etc.
- If you wish to go ahead with the quote, send us back your quote acceptance form, together with your deposit.
- We will then send you a sample of the colours you have chosen by post, so you get a feel for the colours you have chosen. If you like them, then just let us know and we will start your art. If you don’t, you can choose different colours and get another sample. We only start your art once you have told us which colours you want used.
- When your art is finished, we will contact you to arrange a time for pick up or delivery. Delivery is done at cost to you. Alternatively, you can pick your finished art from us at an agreed time.
- Full payment is required before your art is despatched or at the time of pick up.

Photographic Prints
Photographic prints are very easy to order and in many cases you can have yours in a matter of days.
- Look through the gallery to select the prints you like
- Fill out a Photographic Prints order form, which you can download in PDF format below
- Send the form in to us by post with your payment
- As soon as your payment has been received, your order will be posted out

Design Services
Our design services are quoted on based on the work to be done. Send us a quick email and tell us what you are after and we can take it from there. Easy!
Print Services
Ordering print services is easy. You can get a quote from the print services section of our website or download our standard items pricelist.
For non standard items, we can give you a quote. In most cases your quote can be generated within 24 hours.
To order print services, you need to complete a print order form, sign it and send it to us with your files. You should take special note of the file specifications as shown in the print services section.
If you have got a quote from us, you can simply sign it and send it back to us with your files and we will do the rest.
Please note that full payment is required prior to your print job going to print.

Currently we accept payment by the following methods:
- Cheques or Money Orders made out to Nick McEwan-Hall
- Cash
- Direct Deposit to our bank account. If you wish to use this option, please let us know and we will provide the appropriate details.
- Bankcard, Master Card and Visa
