Terms and Conditions
1. We accept electronic artwork from Windows and Mac OS Applications, which must be in line with our printers’ file specifications.
2. All prices include freight to most Australian destinations, soft proofing, plates, stock and printing.
3. Payment in full is required before print production.
4. Delivery to country areas may be extra.
5. Dezineo Media, and it’s print supplier, accepts no responsibility for colour variation / representation for files that have not had a digital proof supplied. Hard copies supplied by the client are not used for colour reference or matching.
6. Print colour may vary, from reprint to reprint, from stock to stock, from front to back, from job to job and between different printing processes.
7. Dezineo Media, and its print supplier, will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed.
8. Trimming may vary up to one millimetre.
9. All prices are subject to change without notice.
10. Terms and conditions are subject t change without notice.
11. File conversion / correction is $200.00 per hour ($80 minimum).
12. Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, Dezineo Media and its print supplier accept no responsibility for files that are not print ready.
13. The client warrants that it has copyright in or a license to authorise reproduction of all artistic and literary works (“works”) supplied by it to Dezineo Media for the purposes of its orders. The Client authorises Dezineo Media and its print supplier to reproduce all and any of the Works for such purposes.
14. The Client additionally licences Dezineo Media and its print supplier to use the Works in their own promotional materials to depict the quality or range of their services.
15. The Client indemnifies and will keep indemnified Dezineo Media and its print supplier against any liability, loss or expense suffered by Dezineo Media or its print supplier as a direct or indirect result of any use of the Works by Dezineo Media or its print supplier pursuant to clauses 13 or 14.
16. In the event that the Client has provided it’s electronic address to Dezineo Media or its print supplier, the Client by receipt of these terms and conditions acknowledges that Dezineo Media or its print supplier may use its electronic address for commercial purposes such as the promotion of Dezineo Media and its print suppliers services or products; and hereby consents to and authorises Dezineo Media and its print supplier to send commercial electronic messages to the client’s electronic address.
